Prosecutors Attempted To Present Evidence That Quinton Briton-Rowell Was Driving A Dodge Ram Pickup At A High Rate Of Speed In October 2013 When It Left The Roadway And Crash Into A Tree, Killing 36 Year Old Alex Rowell, The Defendant’s Father. He Suffered A Minor Concussion. A Greene County Jury Couldn’t Decide Guilt Or Innocence. It’s Unclear If The Attorney General’s Office Will Proceed With Another Trial. Rowell Will Be Back In Court In January.
