A Kingsport Man Wanted On Multiple Charges Was Arrested At A Local Motel. 41 Year Old Michael Hutchins Was Under A Bed At West Side Inn On West Stone Drive When Police Arrived. He Is Charged With Possession Of A Schedule One Drug Within A Thousand Feet Of A School, Possession Of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia, And Introduction Of Contraband Into A Penal Facility. Since Officers Had Tried To Arrest Him On September 9th, He’s Also Been Charged With Felony Evading Arrest. A Court Date For Hutchins Is Pending In Kingsport Sessions Court.
