The Johnson City Development Authority Has Given Approval For 350 Spaces To Be Used By The Public In The Downtown Parking Garage. It Will Be Open To The Public Between The Hours Of 5pm And Midnight On Fridays, 10am To Midnight On Saturdays And From 10-5pm On Sundays. The Rest Of The Time The Garage Will Be Used By Northeast State Community College.
