The Case Of 76 Year Old Norman Mckinney Has Been Placed On Hold Until The Evaluation Has Been Completed. Mckinney Is Charged With First Degree Murder In The Shooting Death Of His 81 Year Old Wife. He Claims The Woman Tried To Slap The Gun Out Of His Hand When It Went Off. Mckinney’s Bond Is Set At 300-Thousand Dollars. He Will Be Back In Court On October 29th.
