Officers Responded To The By-Lo Market On Watauga Road On Reports Of A Man With A Gun. 41 Year Old Todd Moore Was Charged With Public Intoxication, Possession Of Narcotics Without A Prescription, Unlawful Possession Of A Weapon, And Felony Reckless Endangerment. Moore Reportedly Left A 12-Guage Shotgun Unattended At The Entrance While He Went Inside To Shop. Moore’s Being Held On A 35-Hundred Dollar Bond And Will Be Arraigned Today In Sessions Court.
