Virginia State Police Are Investigating A Fatal Head-On Car Crash In Washington County Virginia In Which One Vehicle Was Traveling In The Wrong Lane At A High Rate Of Speed. It Happened Just After Five Thirty Thursday Morning On Route 19 About One Mile North Of Rich Valley Road. The Drivers Of Each Vehicle, 74 Year Old Dannie Taylor And 47 Year Old Robert Crabtree Of Meadowview, Virginia, Died In The Wreck. The Cause Of The Crash Remains Under Investigation.
