Washington County Tennessee Leaders Have Excluded Capital Projects Intentionally From The 2016 Budget Discussion In Favor Of A 10-Year 106-Million Dollar Capital Investment Plan. The Schools Have Been Earmarked For 78-Million Dollars Out Of The Total Amount. The Next Question Is How The County Plans To Pay For The Majority Of The Needs Outlined In The Plan. The Budget Committee Is Expected To Continue Discussing Funding Options At Future Meetings.
