A Kingsport Man Has Been Arrested For Allegedly Raping A Woman In A City Park. 26 Year Olf Raffael Fansano Was Identified As The Suspect In The Incident That Reportedly Happened Last Week In The Area Adjacent To Riverfront And Domtar Parks. Police Said The 40 Year Old Victim Was Exercising In The Area When She Was Attacked By A Stranger Who Then Forcibly Raped Her. The Suspect Left Immediately Following The Incident. The Victim Called 9-1-1. Fansano Will Appear In Sessions Court Soon.
