A Judge Has Ruled That Cleveland Tennessee Should Keep Revenues It Collected From Liquor-By-The-Drink Sales And Is Not Bound To Hand Over The Money To Bradley County Schools. This Is A Case Similar To One Involving Washington County Tennessee’s Board Of Education Which Was Brought Against Johnson City. The County Is Attempting To Collect 3.4 Million Dollars From Liquor Sales Through The 2013 Fiscal Year. A Similar Suit Last Year Brought By The Coffee County Board Of Education Was Thrown Out When A Judge Ruled The School System Did Not Have The Authority To Bring Legal Action.
