Rafalowski Will Have A Four Year Contract Worth Over 124-Thousand Dollars A Year, Plus A 650 Dollar Per Month Car Allowance. Meanwhile, The Board Voted To Close Down Sullivan North, South And Central High Schools As Early As 2019 Following The Construction Of A New 17-Hundred Student High School.
