A Five Year Old Girl Was Allegedly Made To Stand Out In The Cold At Holston View Elementary School In Sullivan County While The Principal Filmed The Incident With His Cell Phone. A Search Warrant Obtained From Sullivan County Criminal Court Reportedly Contained Surveillance Video Of That Image Taken Back In February As Principal Jerry Poteat Watched From Inside The School. He Was Arrested But Pleaded Not Guilty To Child Abuse And Child Neglect Charges. Poteat Was Suspended Without Pay. A Trial For Poteat Is Set For October 26th In Sullivan County Criminal Court.
