Kingsport Police Are Asking For The Public’s Help Regarding An Investigation Concerning A Man Who Was Found Injured And Unresponsive On May 31st. The Man Was Lying In The Roadway On Summit Drive Near The Intersection With Stratford Road In Kingsport. The Man Received Significant Head Trauma And Remains In The Hospital.
