Prosecutors Claim Ireson, Who Owns Kingsport Transfer Company, Killed 31 Year Old James Guinn And Planted A Knife On Him So He Could Claim Self-Defense. Guinn Died On April 12th, 2008, One Day After Being Shot In Ireson’s Office. He’s Accused Of Killing Guinn After An Argument Turned Physical.
