As Part Of The Plea Deal, Curd Will Serve 25 Years At 30 Percent. Meanwhile, Jenelle Potter And Her Mother Barbara, Were Convicted Earlier This Year Of Conspiracy To Commit First Degree Murder. A Judge Ordered Them To Serve Two Concurrent Life Sentences Each. Barbara’s Husband, Marvin Potter Is Already Serving Two Life Terms For Being The Alleged Triggerman.
