Howard Hawk Willis Is At It Again! The Double Murder Suspect From Johnson City Is Hoping To Take His Case To The Tennessee Supreme Court Before He Goes To Trial. Willis Has Had Multiple Defense Lawyers And Has Used Numerous Stalling Tactics. Most Recently, The Tennessee Criminal Court Of Appeals Ruled He Must Defend Himself When He Goes To Trial. But Willis, Who Faces The Death Penalty If Convicted, Thinks The Decision Is Unfair. Willis Has Filed An Appeal With The Tennessee Supreme Court, But The Judges Haven’t Decided Yet Whether Or Not To Hear The Case. Willis Is Charged With The 2002 Murders Of 17 Year Old Adam Chrismer And 16 Year Old Samantha Leming Chrismer. He’s Set To Be Back In Washington County Tennessee Criminal Court On November 20th.
