Two People Arrested In A Kingsport Drug Bust Have Been Arraigned In General Sessions Court. 66 Year Old Willard Vic Fleming Is Charged With Facilitating The Sale Of Cocaine, Maintaining A Dwelling Where Illegal Narcotics Are Sold And Stored And Aggravated Assault. 22 Year Old Terra Fleming Faces Similar Charges. Kingsport Vice Officers Used An Undercover Operative To Attempt To Purchase Cocaine. During The Transaction, Terra Fleming Became Suspicious And Called For Her Father Who Allegedly Threatened The Operative With A Gun. The Two Were Taken Into Custody After A Nearly Two Hour Standoff. Terra Fleming Later Admitted To Flushing A Large Amount Of Cocaine Down The Toilet While They Were Heldup In The House. The Two Are Set To Be Back In Court On October 15th.
