Mount Carmel Mayor Larry Frost Has Announced The Town’s Senior Center Will Be Open July 1st. It Will Be Located On The Second Floor Of City Hall. This Will Be The First Time The Facility Has Opened Since The City Took It Back Over. Mount Carmel Is Seeking A New Part-Time Director And Assistant Director. Applications For The Job Will Be Accepted Until June 17th.
