The Blue Plum Festival In Downtown Johnson City Was A Big Success This Year And Now Organizers Are Hard At Work Planning Next Year’s Event. The Official Attendance Count Won’t Be Known Until Later This Week, But Friends Of Olde Downtown Event Director Deanna Hays Believes Things Were Better During The Festival’s 16th Year.
