The Washington County Virginia Electoral Board Has Chosen A New County General Registrar. Derek Lyall Will Succeed Mary Compton, Who Will Retire June 30th After Serving Nearly 35 Years. Lyall Is Working Alongside Compton This Month To Ensure A Smooth Transition. Lyall Will Take The Reins Officially On July 1st.
