An Elizabehton Woman Accused Of Hitting An Ambulance Last Month That Left Two People Dead Has Been Indicted By A Johnson County Tennessee Grand Jury. 51 Year Old Brenda Buchanan Is Charged With Two Counts Of Vehicular Homidice And One Count Of Vehicular Assault In The September 15th Crash. Authorities Said Buchanan’s Car Crossed The Center Line And Hit The Ambulance, Causing It To Leave The Road And Flip Killing The Patient In The Back Alice Mccoy And One Of The Ambulance Drivers Joseph Barlow. Another Paramedic, Kevin Colson Was Injured In The Crash. Buchanan Will Be Arraigned Soon In Johnson County Criminal Court.
