The Haven Of Rest Rescue Mission’s Grace Home In Bristol Tennessee Is Open Once Again. The Mission’s Pennsylvania Avenue Facility First Closed In February But Will Now Provide Transitional Housing For Homeless Women Who Are Trying To Re-Enter The Workforce. Participants Are Expected To Help With Housekeeping, Attend Church And Utilize Rehab Services.
