Johnson City Police Said A Pickup Truck Was Attempting To Turn Left Onto West Market Street And Pulled Out In Front Of A Motorcycle Being Operated By 55 Year Old Andrew Barnett. The Motorcycle Struck The Pickup Truck In The Driver’s Side Door. Barnett Died At Johnson City Medical Center. The Investigation Into The Wreck Is Ongoing.
