The Sullivan County Board Of Education Has Narrowed Down A School Facilities Plan To Three Options. Consultants Claim The School District Has Too Many Schools And Needs To Downsize. Plan One Calls For Two New High Schools To Be Built, Close Central And Convert East And South High Schools Into Middle Schools. The Second Plan, Build Two New High Schools, Turn Sullivan East Into A Middle School And Close Central And South. The Third Plan Calls For The Renovation Of Central, East And South High Schools And Build Two New Elementary Schools. A Final Report Is Due On May 21st.
