Billy Payne And Billie Hayworth Were Found Dead Inside Their James Davis Lane Homes. Both Were Shot In The Head And Payne’s Throat Was Cut. Barbara Potter And Janelle Potter Are Each Charged With Two Counts Of First Degree Murder. Yesterday, The State Called Janelle Potter A Lonely, Bored Woman Who Manufactured Conflicts And That Lead To The Deaths Of The Victims. Meanwhile, The Defense Told Jurors The State’s Arguments And Evidence Of Emails Are Just Smoke And Mirrors. The State Is Asking For The Death Penalty In The Case.
