Vicky Ringley Was Indicted On 12 Counts Including Theft, Money Laundering, Forgery And Failure To Follow State Cemetery Regulations. The Fraud Is Alleged To Have Occurred Over Two Decades. There Is Believed To Be 370 Victims. Judge John Dugger Assigned The Public Defender’s Office To Represent Ringley And Set Her Trial Date For October 13th. She Will Remain In The Hawkins County Jail On A 200-Thousand Dollars Bond.
