A Sevier Middle School Student In Kingsport Is Facing Charges Following An Alleged Assault By Another Student At The School. City Schools Spokesman Andy True Said The Unnamed Student Is Charged With Simple Assault. The Police Department Nor The School System Is Releasing Any Further Information On This Incident Citing Juvenile Privacy Laws And Rules. We Do Know The Victim Had To Be Hospitalized For Treatment Following The Incident.
