The Tennessee Bureau Of Investigation, Along With Several Other Local Law Enforcement Agencies, Have Searched A Home On Woodland Drive In The Pine Crest Community Of Carter County Looking For Any Evidence Regarding A Missing Couple. Art Gibson And Amber Terrell Were Reported Missing In Sullivan County On January 7th. The Pair Left Gibson’s Home To Go To Carter County To Visit A Relative. They Were Planning On Going Out To Eat With Friends In Johnson City But Never Showed Up.
