A Guilty Verdict Has Been Handed Down In A Two Year Old Case Of A Former Johnson City Employee Accused Of Setting Up A Fake Company To Bid On City Projects. Judge Robert Cupp Found 54 Year Old Danny Davis Guilty Of 25 Counts Which Included Official Misconduct, Theft Over 60-Thousand Dollars, And Forgery. Police Said Davis Hired Sub Contractors To Do The Work For His Fake Company, And Then He Pocketed The Money. Davis Is Currently Free On Bond And Is Scheduled To Appear In Court For Sentencing In November.
