Sullivan County Authorities Are Looking For A Suspect Who Is Accused Of Stealing Checks From Area Mailboxes. At Least Four Instances Are Being Investigated Along Island Road And Indian Springs In Kingsport. During One Of The Thefts, Neighbors Observed A Black Male Driving A White Dodge Charger Pull Up To A Mailbox And Take The Envelope Inside. Anyone With Any Information On The Perpetrator Is Asked To Contact Police.
