If You Live Kingsport, Bristol, Bluff City And Plan On Voting In Upcoming City Elections, You Have Less Than Two Weeks To Make Sure You Are Registered. April 20th Is The Last Day To Register To Be Eligible To Cast A Ballot In City Elections On May 19th. Applications Can Be Submitted In Person At The Sullivan County Election Offiec In Blountville Or Mailed With A Postmark On Or Before April 20th.
