Howard Hawk Willis Was Found Guilty Of Their Murders And Is Now On Death Row. Samantha And Adam Chrismer, Both Teenagers, Were Killed In 2002. Less Than A Month After The Tennessee Court Of Criminal Appeals Denied Willis’ Conviction Appeal, He Is Now In Federal Custody In New York. The Tennessee Department Of Corrections Said A Court Order Required Them To Take Willis Into Federal Custody.
