A Greeneville Man Has Been Charged With Vehicular Homicide As The Result Of A January Crash That Killed His Passenger. 22 Year Old Jason Mistele Was Arrested After Toxicology Reports From The Tennessee Highway Patrol Showed His Blood Alochol Level Was More Than Twice The Legal Limit When He Wrecked On Highway 107. Mistele’s Passenger, 21 Year Old Daniel Gross Of Greeneville, Died When The Vehicle Went Off The Roadway And Flipped Over After Police Were In Pursuit. Mistele Is Free On A 35-Thousand Dollar Bond And Will Appear In Court Soon.
