The 2.9 Million Dollar Cost To Repair The Roadways Is For Material Costs Only And Does Not Include Labor And Equipment. According To Weems, The Highway Department Spent Nearly 180-Thousand Dollars To Keep The Roads Clear During The Winter Storms.
