A Two Vehicle Crash In Carter County Has Left An Elizabethton Woman Dead. It Happened Monday Afternoon On Highway 91 In The Stoney Creek Area. According To The Tennessee Highway Patrol, The Victim, 42 Year Old Melena K. McCloud Was Riding On A Motorcycle When For An Unknown Reason, The Bike Fell And Crossed Into The Oncoming Lane, Striking A Car Driven By 19 Year Old Zachary Julian Of Roan Mountain Headed In The Opposite Direction. He Was Injured In The Wreck. The Investigation Is Continuing.
