He Was Sentenced To Eight Years In Prison On Those Charges. He Also Entered An Alford, Or Best Interest, Plea To The Fatal Shooting Of Timothy Peregoy, Sr. Peregoy Was Killed Outside Peregoy’s Son’s Apartment In April 2013. Gergish’s Brother, Marcus Gergish, Was Sentenced To 21 Years In Prison.
