The Crash Occurred In August On U.S. Highway 11e At Cherry Road In Piney Flats. Witnesses Said Rhea’s Vehicle Crossed Over Into The Path Of Sluder’s Truck. Rhea Had Several Drugs In Her System At The Time Of The Crash.
