The Woman Who Wrote The Letter Claims She’s The Only One Obeying The Speed Limit On Stone Drive And She Rarely Sees Any Police Paroling Along That Stretch Of Roadway. Police Responded With Statistics Showing 13-Hundred Citations Have Been Issued Along Stone Drive Just Since January.
