East Tennessee State University’s College Of Education Has Received More Money For Scholarship Funding. The Clemmer College Of Education Received A 1.2 Million Dollar Scholarship Endowment In Honor Of The Late Nelle Jessee, Who Got Her Degree From Etsu In 1952. Students Will Be Eligible To Receive Awards From The Scholarship Starting In The Fall 2015 Semester.
