A BRISTOL TENNESSEE MAN ACCUSED OF RAMMING HIS VEHICLE INTO A HOUSE OCCUPIED BY SIX PEOPLE IS BEING HELD ON A 90-THOUSAND DOLLARS BOND IN THE WASHINGTON COUNTY TENNESSEE DETENTION CENTER. 37 YEAR OLD GARLAND BLACKWELL IS CHARGED WITH SIX COUNTS OF FELONY RECKLESS ENDANGERMENT, TWO COUNTS OF BURGLARY, TWO COUNTS OF FELONY VANDALISM, DUI AND RESISTING ARREST. GARLAND ALLEGEDLY RAMMED HIS VEHICLE INTO TWO CARS THAT HE HAD BURGLARIZED EARLIER ON HICKORY BLUFF ROAD. WHEN POLICE ARRIVED HE ALLEGEDLY ACCELERATED, LOST CONTROL AND STRUCK THE RESIDENCE. HE HAS A HEARING SET FOR SEPTEMBER 28TH IN GENERAL SESSIONS COURT.
