A Jury Found 36 Year Old Marcus Gergish Guilty Of Criminally Negligent Homicide And Two Counts Of Attempted Aggravated Robbery. The Charges Stemmed From The 2013 Shooting Death Of 47 Year Old Timothy Peregoy Jr. Judge Lisa Rice Sentenced Gergish To 21 Years In Prison.
