A Previously Convicted Hawkins County Drug Dealer Has Been Ordered To Spend Time Behind Bars. 40 Year Old David Henegar Of Rogersville Plead Guilty In Hawkins County Criminal Court To Possession Of Oxycodone With Intent To Deliver In Exchange For A Six Year Sentence And 2-Thousand Dollar Fine. As A Multiple Offender, Henegar Must Serve 35 Percent Of His Sentence Before He’s Eligible For Parole. Henegar Was Arrested On June 12th Of Last Year In The Church Hill Mcdonald’s Parking Lot After Police Allegedly Interrupted A Drug Deal And Seized A Large Quantity Of Cash And Oycodone Pills.
