A federal judge has dismissed charges against a Greeneville physician and his wife, who were convicted of using unapproved foreign drugs at their cancer clinic. U.S. District Judge Ronnie Greer issued the order that dismissed dozens of convictions for Dr. Anindya Sen and his wife, Patricia Posey Sen. The Justice Department had asked that the charges be vacated. The Greeneville couple was accused of purchasing more than $3 million in misbranded and unapproved medications for the East Tennessee Cancer & Blood Center.
