That’s The Word From Consultant Tracy Richter Who Was Hired By The Sullivan County School Board To Conduct A Facilities Study. The Realignment Is Estimated To Cost Between 135 And 195 Million Dollars. Changes In The School District Demo And The Conditions Of The School Facilities Prompted The Study Which Is Expected To Be Completed By The Spring. Most Community Members Seem To Favor Two County High Schools Opposed To The Current Four. Three More Plans Will Be Presented To The School Board Next Month.
