East Tennessee State University Public Safety Officers Have Issued A Safety Notice. This After A Student Told Them She Was Robbed At Knifepoint On Sunday Morning At Buccaneer Ridge Apartments. ETSU Said The Woman Was Walking Between Buildings J And K In The Early Hours When She Noticed What Was Described As A Small Red Sedan Following Her. The Student Described The Alleged Robber As A Black Man, About Six Feet, 175 Pounds, Wearing A Red And Black Button-Back Cap. Anyone With Any Information Is Asked To Contact The ETSU Public Safety Office.
