Johnson Was Found Guilty Of Abuse Of Corpse And Tampering With Evidence In The 2009 Strangulation Death Of Sherry Cooper. Johnson Was Suppose To Have Testified Against Coopers Son, Codey Miller Who Confessed To The Killing. But Miller Had The Murder Charged Dropped Against Him In 2013 After The Court Found Evidence His Confession Was Coerced.
