University Officials Have Been Negotiating With The City School System To Possibly Use Kermit Tipton Stadium At Science Hill Until The University Can Build Its Own. The Two Entities Have Been Working Back And Forth Over The Past Six Months Trying To Come To Terms Both Sides Can Agree To.
