The Abingdon Fire Department Is Continuing To Investigate A Weekend Fire At An Apartment Complex. It Happened Early Sunday Morning At Cherokee Efficiency Apartments On Lee Highway. The Resident Living In The Apartment Had To Be Taken To A Local Hospital With Severe Burns. Their Condition Is Unknown At This Time. The Cause Of The Blaze Is Under Investigation.
