A WASHINGTON COUNTY TENNESSEE GRAND JURY HAS INDICTED A JOHNSON CITY TEENAGER ACCUSED OF BREAKING INTO A HOME AND SHOOTING ANOTHER MAN. 18 YEAR OLD DARRELL FLEMING WAS INDICTED ON ONE COUNT OF ATTEMPTED FIRST DEGREE MURDER FOR THE APRIL INCIDENT. FLEMING ALLEGEDLY BARGED INTO THE HOME ON EAST MARKET STREET AND SHOT CHRIS WORKMAN WHO WAS THERE ALONG WITH HIS BROTHERS AND A FRIEND. WORKMAN WAS TREATED FOR SERIOUS INJURIES. FLEMING IS JAILED UNDER BOND OF 150-THOUSAND DOLLARS AND SET TO APPEAR IN CRIMINAL COURT FOR ARRAIGNMENT NEXT WEEK.
