THREE JOHNSON CITY MEN ARE FACING CHARGES AFTER POLICE SAY ONE OF THE MEN ALLEGEDLY FIRED A GUN AT A HOME WHILE DRIVING BY IT IN A VEHICLE. 19 YEAR OLD CHARLES BENNETT IS CHARGED WITH 20 COUNTS OF RECKLESS ENDANGERMENT AFTER ALLEGEDLY SHOOTING INTO THE RESIDENCE ON LONE OAK ROAD WITH 20 PEOPLE INSIDE. NO ONE WAS HURT IN THE INCIDENT. MEANWHILE, JONATHAN BROYLES AND ERIC RAGAN ALSO OF JOHNSON CITY ARE CHARGED WITH ONE COUNT OF CRIMINAL RESPONSIBLITY FOR THE CONDUCT OF ANOTHER AFTER POLICE SAID THEY SUPPLIED GUNS AND AMMUNITION. THE INVESTIGATION IS ONGOING.
