HE’S SERVED 31 YEARS WITH THE JOHNSON CITY POLICE DEPARTMENT AND SAID IF ELECTED, HE’LL CREATE A NON-POLITICAL BUDGET SENSITIVE DEPARTMENT THAT WILL FOCUS ON IMPROVING PUBLIC SAFETY.
